Salmon Bowl

My girlfriend Courtenay first re-created this grain bowl from a local restaurant and she nailed it! Then I had to re-create it as well because it was to die for! There are so many options you can add to this bowl (garbanzo beans and avocado are great additions).

First add a brown rice/quinoa combination. I had brown rice at home, but would definitely use a quinoa/rice combination next time.

Next add roasted sweet potatoes - I bought cut up sweet potatoes and cooked them in my air fryer.

Next up is homemade kale chips - so easy to make - just put in your air fryer with some olive oil and salt and pepper. Put them in for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

Add shredded salmon or chicken next. We take frozen salmon filets and put them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Lastly add homemade Chipotle Ranch Dressing. This recipe is sooo good and easy (you can also make it dairy free).
