OMG chocolate goodie bars (dairy & gluten free)

WOW! This is the only word I can think of to describe these and with only 5 ingredients and no baking required, you cannot go wrong! And we made them with only clean ingredients - I will link it all! Enjoy!


  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips (I used HU baking chips - these are to die for!)

  • 1 cup brown rice cereal or puffed quinoa (I used One Degree Sprouts rice crisps)

  • 3⁄4 cup raw almonds chopped

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt


1. Melt chocolate chips in microwave (highly recommend using this bowl - it melts the chocolate perfect!)

2. Mix in cereal, 1/2 cup almonds, vanilla extract and sea salt. Mix all together.

3. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan lined with parchment; smooth the top. Sprinkle the remaining 1⁄4 cup nuts over. Refrigerate just until firm enough to cut.
