Ingredients
1 Rice Cake
1-2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Chips (I use Hu dark chocolate gems)
1/2 TeaspoonCoconut Oil
1 Pinch Flaky Sea Salt optional; for garnishing
Directions
1. Spread rice cake evenly with almond butter
2. Next, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl (you can do this in the microwave for about 30 seconds or so)
3. Drizzle the melted chocolate onto the rice cake
4. Sprinkle flaky salt and put in the freezer for about 10 minutes
